Hook Surgery is a general medical practice offering high quality compassionate health care in a friendly welcoming setting. Existing patients can enjoy access to our wide range of services at the touch of a button. Whether managing your appointment or ordering a repeat prescription you can now do both without leaving your home.

 

Convenience

There is a car and cycle park behind the surgery accessed from Nigel Fisher Way. We are on bus routes 465, 467 and K4 (Merritt Medical Centre stop). The 71 also stops close by (Mansfield Road stop).
