Online Facilities
To use our online facilities click on the following link: EMIS Access
EMIS Access is a new aspect of the clinical IT system we use at the surgery. Patients may use the system to request prescriptions, see a summary of their patient record and will soon be able to book appointments on-line. Each patient will need to apply and be issued with a password in order to use this system.
To apply you will need to fill in an Internet Access Application Form and bring it in to the surgery along with photo evidence of your identity such as a passport or photo driving license. You will then be issued with a Registration Letter giving you all the security details you need to register at the EMIS Access link above. You must be aged 16 years or older to use this facility.
