Hook Surgery

The Practice
We are a small, friendly practice with a current patient list of 4900. We look after generations of many local families, along with those new to the area, including refugees and people who are within our catchment area for a short time.

In September 2004 Hook Surgery moved to the Merritt Medical Centre on Merritt Gardens. This is a new purpose-built premises which we share with another local practice. We aim to work closely together to provide excellent medical service for the area, but maintain separate patient and staff lists to give a more personal service to our patients.
