They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In addition to 111 there is also an Extended Hours Primary Care Service which provides additional appointments for Kingston residents between the hours of 6.30pm – 20.00pm Monday to Friday plus 08.00am – 20.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Further information on this service is available here.
